COMMITTEES
Saint Ignatius College Prep has operated as an educational institution with focuses on originality and innovation since 1869. This commitment is highlighted through the creation, operation, and execution of SIMUN XXIV’s 49 diverse committees. Committees range from standard UN General Assemblies such as the World Health Organization, to creative crisis simulations like Formula 1. In addition, SIMUN XXIV is offering 10 original hybrid committees such as “Cars” and “Suits.” SIMUN challenges delegates to think critically and creatively in all facets of committee.
Position Papers
Position papers are not a required for awards consideration in SIMUN committees. However, SIMUN highly encourages all delegates to write a position paper to increase their preparation for committee. Regardless, SIMUN chairs will not be accepting position papers before or during committee.

Smaller committees with few backroom elements (15+ Delegates)

Smaller committees with full crisis elements (15+ Delegates)
